So many guys talk about feeling stuck or being in a place or unhappiness or boredom even when they’re successful by all counts, looking from the outside.
Maybe that’s you. Maybe you want to feel more alive, to know that there’s a Divine guidance system & that you’re not just out there on your own. If it’s hard for you to ask for help, you’re not alone in that either. Receptivity is difficult for most men. It’s not what culture, parents, school has trained you to do.
But, if you want to feel like you’re worthy of claiming & living your dreams, if you want to align with your true identity as a man with a brave heart & a bold spirit, you’re going to have to open yourself to receive Divine guidance.
Receiving more can also mean letting go of what is no longer working for you. What are you willing to let go of, so you can move more of what you want into your life?
You don’t have to make it difficult. There are so many tools that can help you open up in a very natural way that just feels right. Music being one of them. Music has the power to move us in ways that words can’t. When you feel “stuck”, that’s just a perception. Get your physical body moving & the rest will follow. Find your favorite song & let it shift you into a different state of being.
Then just move! It may sound too simple to really do much of anything. But, music is quite literally movement. As it moves & you move with it, you can move yourself into a new reality. The key is to be intentional about it.
